Federal Aviation Administration Trade Show Booth
When talking with the recruitment team, some of the feedback we received about their current booth design was that it was too STEM-focused and that it looked like we only recruited for air traffic controllers. Because the FAA recruits for positions like accountants, lawyers, designers, and environmental specialists, I wanted to make sure the recruitment booth spoke to the spirit of the FAA instead of any particular job. As part of the FAA logo, the compass rose represents both aviation and a confident sense of direction. My goal was to create a setup that would stand out from any other booth and create photo opportunities.
